we were sitting under these trees yesterday waiting for a vehicle to come round and pick us up when we noticed a nest behind us with two tawny frogmouth chicks in it. we wondered where the parents where and it was ages before we finally spotted one of them across in the next tree. they really are good at hiding in the mulga trees.
